赤霉素对野火球种子萌发的影响

摘要
为了探究不同浓度赤霉素溶液的处理对野火球种子萌发的影响,测定了不同赤霉素浓度对野火球种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、胚根长度、胚芽长度以及出苗率的影响。研究结果为:不同浓度的赤霉素处理对野火球种子萌发的影响不同,从总体上看野火球种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、胚根长度、胚芽长度及出苗率随着赤霉素浓度的增高呈现先上升后下降的趋势。当赤霉素浓度达到300mg/L时野火球种子的各项平均指标达到最高,与对照相比,发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、胚根长度、胚芽长度及出苗率分别提高了45.9%、73.3%、90.9%、110.8%、300.0%和53.8%;但当赤霉素溶液浓度高于500mg/L时,野火球种子的各项指标则低于对照,说明赤霉素溶液处理对野火球种子有一个最适浓度,超过此浓度,野火球种子的发芽会受到抑制。
        In order to investigate the effects of different concentrations of gibberellin solutions on the germination of Trifolium lupinaster seeds,the effects of different gibberellin concentration on germination rate,germination vigor,germination index,radicle length,embryo length and germination rate of Trifolium lupinaster were measured.The results showed that different concentrations of gibberellin had different effects on seed germination of Trifolium lupinaster.The germination rate,germination potential,germination index,radicle length,germ length and emergence rate of Trifolium lupinaster were increased first and then decreased with the increase of gibberellin concentration.When the gibberellin concentration reached 300 mg/L,the average index of Trifolium lupinaster seeds reached the highest.Compared with CK,the germination rate,germination potential,germination index,radicle length and plumule length and germination rate were increased by 45.9%,73.3%,90.9%,110.8%,300.0% and 53.8% respectively.However,when the concentration of gibberellin solution was higher than 500 mg/L,the index of Trifolium lupinaster was lower than that of the control,which indicated that gibberellin solution had an optimum concentration for Trifolium lupinaster,and beyond this concentration,germination will be inhibited.
