摘要
通过发文量分析、主要产出机构分析、强势学科分析、研究领域分析对山东省生物技术领域国内和国际上2011~2015年间研究现状进行宏观层面的分析。国内和国际的文献数据分别来源于CSCD数据库和SCI数据库,其中发文量、主要产出机构及强势学科的分析分别使用各年份、机构及学科的文献发表量作为统计指标,而研究领域的分析借助了VOSviewer软件对研究方向进行可视化展示,这种方式能够直观的展示山东省生物技术领域国内外研究领域的划分情况。通过文献发表变化态势、高产机构、强势学科、研究领域这四个方面,对山东省生物技术领域国内和国际文献分别作出分析,并将国内和国际情况做对比分析,对于加深对山东省生物技术领域的整体认识具有重要的意义。
        Through the analysis of literature, major output institutions, strong subjects, and research field, this paper conducts a macro-level analysis of the research status of Shandong Province from 2011 to 2015 both nationally and internationally in biotechnology field.The national and international literature data are derived from the CSCD database and the SCI database, respectively. Among them, the analysis of literature, major output institutions and strong subjects are analyzed using the number of articles published in each year, institutions and subjects as statistical indicators. In the research field analysis, VOSviewer software is employed to visualize the research directions. This method can visually show the division of research fields in the field of biotechnology in Shandong Province. This article separately analyzes the domestic and international literatures in the field of biotechnology in Shandong Province, and makes a comparative analysis of the domestic and international situations, which is of great significance for deepening the overall understanding of the biotechnology field in Shandong Province.
