近代名医陈务斋治疫学术思想探析

摘要
近代名医陈务斋,广西容县人,临证五十余载,以治疗疫病闻名于世,曾与张锡纯、萧琢如、丁甘仁等并称为"全国名医"。陈务斋多次亲临疫区,活人无数,在治疫方面有着丰富的经验,其在治疗疫病中明辨原由,推介良方避疫,探岐黄真谛,具有师古不泥古,擅治危急重症,融经方、验方、时方为一体,灵活多变的特点。他强调疫后调护,注重阴阳气血平衡,并勇创新方,注重脉论,结合地域、环境、习俗等多方面考虑疫病的流行,对当代疫病的中医临证治疗仍有重要的借鉴意义。
CHEN Wu-zhai, a famous doctor in Rong County of Guangxi Province, had been in clinical practice for more than 50 years and was famous for treating epidemic diseases. He was once called ‘National Famous Doctor' together with ZHANG Xi-chun, XIAO Zhuo-ru, DING Gan-ren, etc. CHEN Wu-zhai had visited the epidemic area many times and cured numerous people. He had rich experience in treating the epidemic. He had the characteristics of distinguishing the reasons in treating the epidemic, recommending effective measures to avoid the epidemic and exploring the true meaning of Chinese medicine. He was good at treating critical and severe cases, integrating the classic prescriptions, experiential effective recipe and non-classical prescriptions, and was flexible and changeable. He stressed the importance of nursing after the epidemic, paid much attention to the balance of yin and yang, qi and blood, innovated bravely, focused on pulse theory, and considered the spread of the epidemic diseases in combination with regions, environments, customs and other aspects, which still has important reference significance for the clinical treatment of contemporary epidemic diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.
