摘要
系统研究了以废副硫酸亚铁为主要原料,生产高品质氧化铁黑的生产技术。研究了氧化合成时不同投料方式、转化率等工艺条件对产品质量的影响。通过SEM、XRD等分析方法对新工艺产品与传统工艺产品进行对比分析,新工艺产品各项指标均达到传统工艺标准,同时对所得氧化铁黑颜料产品铁含量、水溶盐等指标检测分析,结果表明该铁黑颜料符合国标一级品标准,实现对传统碱法高品质氧化铁黑生产工艺替代。
        The production process of high-quality iron oxide black with ferrous sulfate as main raw material was studied. The effect of process conditions such as different feeding methods, conversion rates on product quality during oxidative synthesis was also investigated. By means of SEM,XRD and other analysis methods, the new process products and traditional process products were compared and analyzed, all indicators of the new process met the traditional process standard. At the same time, the detection and analysis of iron content and water-soluble salt of iron oxide black pigment were carried out. The results showed that the iron black pigment met the national standard, the process can replace traditional alkali method process of producing high quality iron oxide black.
