摘要
某冷轧物流仓库成品库库容较大,其钢卷的堆剁位置呈现不规则排列,分析现有的成品库业务处理操作流程中存在的若干问题,为了提高成品的发货效率,降低出错率,结合现场钢卷的堆剁位的物理位置,进行独立编码,划分逻辑区,设置"区域数据管理器",向下控制货位终端,向上和控制中心的采集服务器通讯,搭建分布式测控系统。研发一套独立的智能仓库系统,实现储运公司在仓库管理中各种信息的统一,对仓库货品货位的操作数据、流程进行全面准确的监控,实现仓库管理、决策指挥的科学性、即时性。
        The storage capacity of a warehouse using for cold rolled is big and the steel piles are arranged by irregular. It analyses the exist problems which the product business process is on operation. Combined with the physical location of the steel piles,they are been coded independent and divided into a number of logical areas. It builds distributed monitoring system by setting the "regional data manager" to which control cargo terminal along down and communicate the collection server computer from up.In order to improve the efficiency of product delivery and reduce the error rate,it develops an independent intelligent warehouse system to realize the unified about all kinds of information in the warehouse management.The intelligent warehouse systems conduct a comprehensive and accurate monitor on the datum and process of warehouse goods operation. It realizes the warehouse management and decision science in efficiency.
