摘要
目的建立测定三金颗粒中羟基积雪草苷含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法采用C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)以乙腈-2 mmol/Lβ-环糊精溶液(24∶76)为流动相,柱温35℃,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长205 nm。结果羟基积雪草苷进样量在0.218 8~21.884 3μg范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为103.08%,RSD为1.22%(n=9)。结论该方法重复性、准确性良好,可用于三金颗粒中羟基积雪草苷的含量测定。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of madecassoside in Sanjin Granules. Methods The C18 column( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) was used with acetonitrile- β- cyclodextrin(24 ∶ 76,2 mmol /L) as the mobile phase at 35 ℃. The flow rate was 1. 0 mL / min and the detection wavelength was set at 205 nm. Results The calibration curve of madecassoside was good linear in the range of 0. 218 84- 21. 884 3 μg( r = 0. 999 9),and the average recovery rate was 103. 08% with RSD 1. 22%( n = 9). Conclusion This method is good in the accuracy and the repeatability and can be applied to the content determination of madecassoside in Sanjin Granule.
