摘要
目的探讨初产妇分娩自我效能与产时应对行为的相关性。方法选择2015年5-10月于复旦大学附属妇产科医院产科门诊建卡、符合阴道试产条件的初产妇729例,应用孕产妇感知行为控制量表和产时应对行为问卷进行调查分析。结果初产妇阴道分娩自我效能总分为(15.22±4.02)分,成功阴道分娩组产妇的产时自我效能各条目得分和自我效能总分均高于产时中转剖组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);初产妇产时应对行为总分为(26.90±3.22)分,成功阴道分娩组产妇的产时应对行为总分大于产时中转剖组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);初产妇阴道分娩自我效能与产时应对行为呈正相关性(r=0.776,P<0.01)。结论初产妇分娩自我效能与产时应对行为相关,初产妇分娩自我效能越高,产时应对行为能力越强。产科医疗机构和产科医务人员需为孕产妇提供充分的产前分娩教育,提高其分娩自我效能,以增强产时应对行为能力。
        Objective To explore the correlation between delivery self-efficacy and intrapartum coping behaviors in primiparas.Methods A total of 729 primiparas who met the criteria of vaginal trial production in Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University were chosen from May to October 2015.Results The overall score of self-efficacy in vaginal delivery group was 15.22 ±4.02.The overall score and subscale scores of intrapartum self-efficacy in vaginal delivery group were higher than those in cesarean section group(P <0.05).The overall score of coping behaviors in primiparas was 26.90 ±3.22.The overall score of coping behaviors in vaginal delivery group was greater than that in cesarean section group(P<0.001).There was a positive correlation between vaginal delivery self-efficacy and intrapartum coping behaviors in primiparas(r=0.776,P<0.01).Conclusion Delivery self-efficacy is positively correlated with intrapartum coping behaviors in primiparas.The medical staff should provide adequate prenatal childbirth education for pregnant women,to improve their delivery self-efficacy and enhance intrapartum coping behaviors.
