摘要
使用PVA水溶液作醇解剂,对涤纶无尘布进行吸附增强处理工艺探讨,并通过实验得出最佳的处理工艺:PVA质量分数0.4%,体系pH=11,反应温度100℃。在此工艺下处理的无尘布吸附性能提升约3.5倍,耐热水洗涤,且不会带入含硅物质,对洁净度影响不大。
        The adsorption and enhancement process of polyester dust-free cloth was investigated by using PVA aqueous solution as the alcoholysis agent. The optimum treatment process has been obtained through experiment as follows, and the PVA mass fraction was 0.4%, the system pH was 11, and the temperature of reaction was100 ° C. The adsorption performance of the dust-free cloth treated under this process had an enhancement about 3.5 times. It showed hot water washing durability without any silicon substances, which has little effect on cleanliness.
