烟草企业生产设备他机类比检查系统的研究

摘要
本文针对烟草企业卷包车间主要生产设备机型基本相同、物理结构基本一致的特点,结合目前车间在预防性维修方面存在的不足,引入他机类比检查的概念。通过他机类比信息平台的构建,在车间层面上的设备检查维修中实现了他机类比检查。通过不断积累设备维修相关的知识信息,供维修人员查阅和学习,丰富了设备的预防性维修形式,提高了设备的生产效率。
According to the characteristics of the main production equipment of tobacco enterprise volume models are basically the same, the physical structure is basically the same car, according to the problems existing in the current preventive maintenance workshop, he introduced the concept of analogy inspection machine. Through the construction of the analog information platform, the machine analog inspection is realized in the equipment inspection and maintenance at the workshop level. Through the accumulation of equipment maintenance related knowledge and information for maintenance personnel to read and study, enriched the equipment preventive maintenance form, improve the production efficiency of equipment.
