摘要
目的:比较采收于5月、8月和11月贵州产辣蓼地上部分的挥发油的成分。方法:通过水蒸气蒸馏法提取辣蓼地上部分中的挥发性成分,并采用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)分析5月、8月和11月辣蓼的挥发性成分异同。结果:从3个月份采收的辣蓼地上部分的挥发油中共鉴定出125种化学成分,5月份辣蓼挥发油中检测出61种化学成分,其中含量较多的为酯类(19.58%)、酮类(15.56%)和醇类(14.65%);8月份辣蓼挥发油中检测出64种化学成分,其中相对含量较多的为萜类(26.99%)、醇类(23.14%)和酮类(14.33%);11月辣蓼挥发油中检测出62种化学成分,其中含量较多的有萜类(36.31%)、酮类(26.09%)和醇类(16.14%);3个月份共有的挥发性成分15种。结论:不同月份辣蓼油的化学成分差异较大,其中共有的15种挥发性成分构成辣蓼共性指纹图谱,可以推荐作为鉴别辣蓼的与别的物质的依据;不同月份辣蓼油的差异成分是鉴别不同时间段采收辣蓼的依据,也是可以推荐作为根据不同目的选择应用辣蓼的依据。
        Objective:To compare and analyze the difference and similarity of volatile oil constituents of Polygonum hydropiper(PH) in May,August and November produced in Guizhou province China.Methods:The volatile constituents of PH were extracted by steam distillation,and the difference and similarity of volatile constituents in PH in May,August and November were compared and analyzed with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Results:125 chemical compositions of PH collected in the three months were identified.61 chemical compositions were detected from PH in May,in which the main chemical compositions were ester(19.58%),ketone(15.56%) and alcohol(14.65%).64 chemical compositions were detected from PH in August,in which the main chemical compositions were terpenoid(26.99%),alcohol(23.14%) and ketone(14.33%).62 chemical compositions were detected from PH in November,in which the main chemical compositions were terpenoid(36.31%),ketone(26.09%) and alcohol(16.14%).There were 15 volatile constituents in common in the three months.Conclusions:The chemical volatile oil constituents in PH are different in different months.The 15 common volatile components in PH collected in different months consist of the general fingerprints of PH,which can be recommended as the basis for the identification for PH and other substances; the different volatile constituents of PH in different months are the identification basis for the collection of PH in different periods,It can also be recommended as a basis for choosing different applications of PH according to different purposes.
