30个省份恶性肿瘤手术隔离技术执行情况的现状调查

摘要
目的调查恶性肿瘤手术隔离技术在手术室中的培训、操作及考核现状。方法用自行设计的电子问卷调查手术室护士,问卷共19个问题,包括一般资料问卷、恶性肿瘤隔离技术培训及应用现状调查问卷、恶性肿瘤隔离技术操作及考核现状问卷三部分。结果共调查全国30个省份359所医院的958名手术室护士,有77.04%的护士所在医院能够定期开展培训,有74.22%的护士参加过隔离技术的相关培训,师资缺乏是未能开展定期培训的最主要原因;57.83%的护士所在科室有恶性肿瘤手术隔离技术规范化的操作流程,41.54%的护士所在科室有恶性肿瘤隔离技术的规范化考核标准,医护未能达成一致、护士不能掌握全部操作流程、科室缺乏恶性肿瘤手术隔离技术的规范流程是影响规范化操作的主要因素。肿瘤专科医院及三级医院在操作、培训及考核上优于其他类型及级别的医院。结论目前恶性肿瘤手术隔离技术的培训还有待加强,亟需制订恶性肿瘤手术隔离技术的统一规范化操作及考核标准,以提高手术室护士的执行率。
Objective To investigate the training,practice and examination of isolation technique for malignant tumor surgery. Methods Self-designed electronic questionnaire was used to conduct survey among operating room nurses. A total of 19 questions were included,and the survey contained three sections including general information questionnaire,training and application of isolation technique questionnaire,and practice and examination of isolation technique questionnaire. Results A total of 958 operating room nurses in 359 hospitals from 30 provinces of China were investigated. Among the investigated hospitals,77.04% were able to carry out regular training,and 74.22% of the nurses had participated in training related to isolation technique. "Lack of teachers" was the main reason for the failure to conduct regular training;57.83% of the departments had standardized operation flow of surgical isolation technique for malignant tumor surgery,41.54% of the departments had standardized examination standard for isolation technique. "Medical and nursing staff failed to reach agreement", "Nurses cannot master the whole operation procedure","The department lacks the standard procedure of surgical isolation technique for malignant tumor " were the main factors influencing the standardized operation. Cancer specialty hospitals and tertiary hospitals were superior to other types of hospitals in operation. Conclusion At present,the training of isolation technique for malignant tumor surgery needs to be improved,and it is urgent to establish the unified and standardized operation and examination standard of isolation technique for malignant tumor surgery,and to improve the implementation rate of nurses in operating room.
