摘要
为了预测烟囱倒塌过程姿态与堆散范围,采用共节点分离式钢筋混凝土模型对210 m烟囱超高位切口爆破拆除过程进行数值模拟,并与工程实践进行比较。结果表明:数值模拟得到的上段筒体倒塌过程姿态与实际爆破的倒塌过程姿态高度一致,即上段筒体在下坐阶段被下段筒体切掉两段,其中一段掉落在烟囱内部,另一段掉落在与倒塌方向相反的背部,从而使上段筒体长度由爆破前75 m缩短为着地时46.73 m,与实际倒塌长度44 m相吻合,模拟计算效果比较理想,其计算结果可为加强烟囱背部周围建筑的安全防护提供参考。
        To predict the collapse posture and accumulation range of a 210 m chimney with super-high incision,numerical simulation was conducted by common node separate model. Comparison study between the numerical simulation and practical demolition was carried out as well. The results showed that the collapsing process of numerical simulation was same to the practical situation. Two parts of the top end of the chimney were cut off by the bottom end,finally one fell into the chimney and the other one fell down behind the chimney. The chimney length 75 m was cut by 46. 73 m after touching down,corresponding to the demolition result. The accuracy of the numerical simulation is ideal for safety protection of surrounding buildings.
