多元文化背景下汉语言文学专业教学思考
摘要
随着近年来我国社会发展水平的全面提升,文化作为最基础和最重要的社会组成也逐渐受到了人们的关注和重视,特别是当前教育改革全面推进的背景下,人们对于高等院校中汉语言文学专业教学工作更是有着前所未有的关注。一个国家展现其综合实力的重要方式,就是其文化建设情况,这也是一个国家软实力的重要组成环节,代表着民族精神和发展方向。较高的文化素质也是当前对大学生综合思想进行提升的重要方式。由于高校学生在毕业之后需要面对较为严峻的就业形式和工作压力,因此汉语言文学的学生在实际就业环节中往往需要面对更大的挑战,但是当前一些高校甚至已经逐渐压缩了对汉语言文学学生的招收人数,并且汉语言文学的一些教师也逐渐转向了其他学科。在多元化文化背景的发展过程中,我们更需要对汉语言文学专业教学中的问题进行掌握,从而针对当前工作中的问题进行详细分析,制定出更合理的工作方案,只有这样才能为学生的发展和教学工作的顺利开展提供有效帮助。
In recent years with the comprehensive promotion of China's social development level, culture, as the most fundamental and most important social component also gradually by the people's concern and attention, especially in the current education reform under the background of the all-round, people for the work of institutions of higher learning of Chinese language and literature major teaching but also has the unprecedented attention. An important way for a country to display its comprehensive strength is its cultural construction, which is also an important component of a country's soft power and represents the national spirit and development direction. Higher cultural quality is also an important way to improve the comprehensive thinking of college students. Because college students after graduation will face more severe forms of employment and work pressure, so the students of Chinese language and literature in the practical link of employment often need to face a bigger challenge, but the current some universities even have gradually compressed the recruit the number of students in Chinese literature, and some teachers of Chinese language and literature also gradually turned to other subjects. In the process of the development of diversified cultural background, we need to master the problems in the teaching of Chinese language and literature, so as to analyze the problems in the current work in detail and formulate a more reasonable work plan. Only in this way can we provide effective help for the development of students and the smooth development of teaching work.
