复合絮凝剂制备低生热天然橡胶的研究

摘要
采用逆絮凝工艺,絮凝剂选用复合絮凝剂(氯化钙/氯化钠并用)制备天然橡胶(NR),研究氯化钠用量对NR胶料性能的影响,并与参比样(烟胶片和云标胶)进行对比。结果表明:当复合絮凝剂氯化钙/氯化钠体积比为1∶1时,絮胶效果良好,当氯化钠质量分数为0.03时,NR胶料的转矩差较大,硫化胶的物理性能较优,损耗因子较小,滚动阻力和生热最低,灰分含量较小。
        Using calcium chloride/sodium chloride as the composite flocculant,the NR was prepared by reversed coagulation process,and the effect of the addition level of sodium chloride on the properties of NR was investigated,and compared with those of reference sample(RSS and SCR from Yunnan).The results showed that,when the volume ratio of calcium chloride/sodium chloride was 1∶1,the flocculation effect was better.When the mass fraction of sodium chloride was 0.03,the NR compound possessed larger torque increase,preferable physical properties,smaller tanδ,and lower rolling resistance,smaller heat build-up and lower ash content.
