摘要
以七水合氯化镧(LaCl_3·7H_2O)和脂肪酸丁酯(FAB)为原料,以乙醇为溶剂,合成FAB-La配合物。探讨了反应温度、物质的量的比、pH等反应条件对FAB-La配合物产率的影响,确定了最佳合成条件,并研究了所合成的FAB-La配合物对丁苯橡胶(SBR)的硫化促进作用,探讨了FAB-La配合物用量对橡胶材料加工及使用性能的影响。实验结果表明,FAB-La配合物最佳的合成条件为:合成温度为50℃,pH=7~8,LaCl_3·7H_2O与FAB物质的量的比为1/1.1。红外光谱分析结果表明,FAB与LaCl_3发生了一定的化学作用,添加FAB-La配合物可明显提高SBR混炼的硫化性能及硫化胶力学性能。
FAB-La complex is synthesized by using butyl ester of fatty acid( FAB) and seven hydrate lanthanum chloride( LaCl_3·7H_2O) as raw materials and ethanol solution as solvent.The effects of reaction temperature,molar ratio of FAB to LaCl_3 and pH on the yield of FAB-La complex are studied and the optimum synthesis conditions are confirmed.The promotion of the prepared FAB-La complex on the vulcanization of styrene-butadiene rubber( SBR) is also detected.The influences of FAB-La adding amount on the processing and using performances of rubber materials are discussed.The experimental result shows that the optimal synthesis conditions for FAB-La complex are as follows: reaction temperature of 150℃,pH of 7-8 and n( LaCl_3) ∶ n( FAB) = 1 ∶1. 1.The FTIR analysis shows that certain chemical reaction happens between FAB and LaCl_3. It is also clear that the prepared FAB-La complex can significantly improve the vulcanization property and mechanical property of SBR.
