摘要

随着青海省内地方铁路的开通运营,研究铁路运价对运量、收入、盈亏平衡的影响,分析委托经营、自主运营两种地方铁路经营管理模式的区别,研究地方铁路经营客观环境、设施设备、管理条件的差异,有助于青海省内地方铁路未来的良性发展。本文通过对上述条件进行研究,将地方铁路的发展趋势加以研究分析。
        With opening and operation of local railway in Qinghai province. Study the influence of railway freight rate on traffic volume,revenue,profit and loss balance.( Analyes the paper analyzes) the difference between the two kinds of regional railway management modes. To study the difference between the objective environment,facilities and management conditions of local railway,it is helpful for the future development of local railway in Qinghai province.( This paper studies the above conditions and) By Study the above conditions,study and anolysis the development trend of local railway.
