摘要
目的:评价上海交通大学医学院及其附属医院引进人才调查问卷的信度和效度。方法:自行设计关于引进人才的需求及满意度评价研究的调查问卷。采用随机抽样方法对上海交通大学医学院及其附属医院中106名引进人才发放调查问卷,并考评问卷的可行性和有效性。结果:问卷的总体信度良好,Cronbach's α系数为0.972。因子分析显示结构效度较好,4个公因子内容涉及吸引及留住引进人才的因素、引进人才的满意度、对人才政策的评价以及工作及聘用性质,能解释量表全部内容的81.21%。4个不同维度的一致性较好,Cronbach's α系数分别为0.981、0.970、0.671和0.707。结论:该研究制定的引进人才调查问卷具有良好的信度及效度,可用于针对人才引进方面的进一步相关研究。
        Objectives: To evaluate the reliability and validity of questionnaire on the demand and satisfaction of the introduced talent from Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine and its affiliated hospitals. Methods: The self-designed questionnaire of the talent introduction was delivered to 106 introduced talented personnel from the Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine and its affiliated hospitals by method of random sampling. Then the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were examined. Results: The overall reliability of the questionnaire was good with the Cronbach's α coefficients of 0.972. The construct validity of the questionnaire was good by factor analysis and 4 common factors including the factors that attract and retain the introduced talented personnel, the satisfaction of the introduced talented personnel, the evaluation of the talent policy and the form of their work and employment could explain 81.21% of the questionnaire. The consistency of the 4 different dimensions was also good with the Cronbach's α coefficients of 0.981, 0.970, 0.671 and 0.707. Conclusion: The questionnaire developed in this research has good reliability and validity, and can be used for further research on the introduction of talent.
