摘要
目的了解医院人才环境对引进人才队伍稳定性的影响,为制定、调整、完善人才政策提供依据。方法选取上海市某区五家二级甲等综合性医院2006~2014年间引进人才共151人,进行人才从业环境问卷调查,回收有效问卷125份,应答率82.7%。结果引进人才队伍的稳定性不容乐观;引进人才队伍的稳定性与医院领导对人才的重视程度密切相关;医院文化、职业生涯规划、人际关系对人才队伍的稳定有一定保护作用。结论引进人才队伍的稳定性是医院整体人才队伍稳定性的缩影,人才的成长与效用发挥需要合适的人才环境。
Objective To investigate the influence of environment on the introduction of hospital personnel personnel stability, provide the basis for the development, adjustment, improve the personnel policy. Methods Select a district of Shanghai, the five secondary level general hospital between 2006-2014 a total of 151 people attract talent, talent practitioners conduct environmental surveys, recovering 125 valid questionnaires, the response rate of 82.7%. Results The introduction of qualified personnel stability is not optimistic. The introduction of qualified personnel stability and hospital leadership's emphasis on talent closely related; hospital culture, career planning, personnel of stable relationships to have a protective effect. Conclusion The introduction of qualified personnel stability is the epitome of the whole hospital personnel stability, growth and effectiveness of talent needed to play the right talent environment.
