高血压用药干预的研究进展

摘要
高血压病严重影响中老年人的身心健康和生活质量,有效的用药干预可以提高患者治疗的依从性和血压控制率,改善其预后。该文对近年来用药干预的重要性、药物选择、联合用药干预方案的研究进展进行概述。
Hypertension seriously affects the physical and mental health of the middle-aged and elderly patients and their quality of life. Effective drug intervention can improve the patients' compliance,the rate of blood pressure control and the patients' prognosis. In this paper,we review the research progress of antihypertensive drugs,including medical intervention,the choice of drug intervention and the combination of antihypertensive agents.
