摘要
本文基于TRIZ的创新思维、解题方法及规律,克服原有的惯性思维,站在系统的高度,对枸杞汁在生产加工过程中品质不良这一技术系统进行了原因分析,通过矛盾矩阵、TRIZ发明原理、物质场模型及标准解、小人法等工具的应用解决了问题,并转化为实际技术方案,大大提高了加工后枸杞汁的品质,具有较高的推广应用价值。
Based on TRIZ′s innovative thinking, problem-solving methods and laws, overcoming the original inertia thinking and standing at the height of the system, this paper analyzed the reasons for the poor quality of Lycium bar-barum juice in the process of production and processing. Through the application of contradictory matrix, TRIZ′s inventive principle, material field model, standard solution, and human method, etc, the problem was solved and transformed into a practical technical scheme, which greatly improved the quality of processed Lycium barbarum juice andhad high popularization and application value.
