骨科病区医护手卫生依从性调查与分析

摘要
目的探析各个骨科病区医护人员手卫生依从性差异和现状,减少医院内感染的发生。方法对于2016年7-12月期间骨科病区医护人员手卫生依从性情况采用问卷和随即抽查的方式进行调查与分析,应用SPSS 18.0软件统计分析医护人员的手卫生依从性。结果骨科病区各个科室医生手卫生执行率较低,但各个科室无统计学差异,护士手卫生依从率为71.05%,医生的手卫生依从率为54.30%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。医务人员在手卫生的五个时机中统计学差异显著,医务人员在接触患者体液后和接触患者后的手卫生依从率较高(78.18%、64.60%),其他时机手卫生依从性较差,尤其需要引起重视的无菌操作前手卫生依从性仅为42.70%。结论骨科医护人员手卫生依从性较差,尤其医生手卫生依从性较低,但各个科室无统计学差异;另外在无菌操作前的手卫生应引起重视,必须采取有效措施提高医护人员手卫生依从性,从而减少医院内感染的发生。
Objective To investigate the difference and current situation of hand hygiene compliance among medical staff in six orthopedic wards and to reduce the occurrence of nosocomial infections. Methods To investigate and analyze hand hygiene compliance of medical staff in orthopedic ward from July to December, 2016 by means of questionnaire and random sampling, to analyze hand hygiene compliance of the medical staff by the Application of SPSS18.0 software. Results The implementation rate of hand hygiene in orthopedic wards was low, but there was no significant difference in different departments. The compliance rate of hand hygiene was 71.05% in nurses and 54.30% in doctors, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There were significant differences among the medical personnel in the five stages of hand hygiene. The compliance rate of hand hygiene after medical staff contact with the patient's body fluid and after contact with the patients was high(78.18%, 64.60%), and poor health compliance at other times, In particular, there is only 42.70% of amenable hand hygiene compliance that deserves attention.Conclusion The hand hygiene compliance in orthopedic ward is poor, especially the doctor hand hygiene compliance is low, but there is no significant difference in all departments. In addition, hand hygiene before aseptic operation should pay attention to it, and effective measures must be taken to improve hand hygiene Compliance, thereby reducing the incidence of nosocomial infections
