摘要
本研究采用高效液相色谱法测定并建立了骨密度片中大豆苷、黄豆黄苷、染料木苷、大豆苷元、黄豆黄素、染料木素和淫羊藿苷7种有效成分含量和方法。采用高效液相色谱法,对样品进行测定,7种成分分离度良好,测得大豆苷、黄豆黄苷、染料木苷、大豆苷元、黄豆黄素、染料木素、淫羊藿苷含量分别为0.36 mg/g、0.038 mg/g、0.32 mg/g、0.31 mg/g、0.065 mg/g、0.079 mg/g、0.81 mg/g。本方法操作简单、灵敏度高、专属性强,可用于增加骨密度片中有效成分的质量控制。
Simultaneous determination of seven active ingredients in soybean density by increasing the bone density by using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC), daidzein, genistein, daidzein, daidzein, genistein and icariin. The water-phosphoric acid(pH=3)(A):acetonitrile(B) was used as the mobile phase, and the gradient elution of the seven components was good. The contents of daidzin, daidzein,genistein, daidzein, daidzein, genistein and icariin were determined to be 0.36 mg/g, 0.038 mg/g, 0.32 mg/g, 0.31 mg/g, 0.065 mg/g, 0.079 mg/g,0.81 mg/g. The method is simple in operation, high in sensitivity and strong in specificity, and can be used for increasing the quality control of the active ingredients in the bone density sheet
