胆巴炮制对附子生物碱类成分的影响研究

摘要
目的比较有胆附片与无胆附片的成分异同,探讨胆巴炮制与无胆炮制对附子生物碱类成分的影响。方法采用酸性染料比色法及高效液相色谱法对5种附子炮制品(生附片、黑顺片、熟附片、蒸附片、炒附片)的生物碱类成分进行分析。结果江油产生附片质量最优,去皮可以提高附子中有效成分的相对含量;有胆炮制黑顺片、熟附片均能显著降低毒性成分双酯型生物碱的含量,但同时有效成分单酯型生物碱及总生物碱流失严重;无胆蒸制或炒制附片能有效去除毒性成分并保留有效成分,"去毒存性"能力较好。结论不同炮制方法能不同程度地降低附子毒性成分双酯型生物碱含量,增加有效成分单酯型生物碱含量,达到增效减毒的目的;但有胆炮制附片存在炮制过度之嫌,无胆炮制工艺简便易行,不易引入无机杂质,具有推广和应用价值。
        Objective To compare the differences between the brine processed and non-brine monkshood, and study the effects of different processing technology on the contents of alkaloids in Aconiti lateralis radix praeparata.Methods The alkaloids components of different products(Shengfupian-peeled, Heishunpian, Shufupian,Zhengfupian and Chaofupian) were analyzed by UV and HPLC method. Results The quality of the Jiangyou producing Shengfupian was better than the others,and the contents of the active components in aconite could be raised by peeling. Both Heishunpian and Shufupian pressed with brine can significantly reduce the contents of toxic component-the diester alkaloids,but the active ingredients,the monoester alkaloids and total alkaloids are greatly reduced. Non-brine Zhengfupian and Chaofupian can effectively remove the toxic components and retain the active ingredients. Conclusion Different processing technology can decrease the contents of diester alkaloids,increase the contents of monoester alkaloids,and achieve the purpose of increasing efficiency and reducing toxicity. However,the brine monkshood may be over-processed. The processing of non-brine monkshood is simple,without bringing in inorganic substances,which have promotional and application value.
