摘要
为提高检测效率,克服管道漏磁内检测技术大量检测数据存储及缺陷识别的困难,基于管道漏磁检测数据的特征,通过比较多种插值方法在漏磁检测信号中的应用,设计了一种基于三次Hermite插值的三次样条插值算法,采用多尺度分段自适应插值方法处理漏磁数据,生成了具有更高辨识度的曲线图形;设计了可显示曲线图形、灰度图像以及伪彩色图像的自适应成像系统,实现了快速精准的漏磁缺陷检测识别。测试实践表明:研究工作达到了上述目标。
In order to reduce the difficulty in storage and defect identification of large number of magnetic flux leakage detection data to improve internal detection efficiency, this paper designs a Cubic Spline Interpolation Algorithm based on Cubic Hermite Interpolation according to the characteristics of magnetic flux leakage detection data of the pipeline and using segmented ideas, and utilizes a multiscale segmented self-adaptive interpolation method to process the magnetic flux leakage data and generates a more recognizable curve pattern. The curve pattern, gray-scale image and pseudo-color image can be displayed by the self-adaptive visualization system, which realizes fast and accurate defect inspection and identification of magnetic flux leakage. The practical test proves the research work achieves the designed objects.
