摘要
针对直梁型柔性铰链损伤位置和损伤程度难以识别的复杂工程难题,提出了一种基于层次分析的直梁型柔性铰链损伤识别的新方法。该方法首先利用ANSYS Workbench对直梁型柔性铰链进行有限元分析,获得应力云图,找出损伤位置;然后用层次分析法进行建模,利用损伤因素对损伤位置的影响模拟出损伤向量。实例表明:该方法能对铰链进行定量损伤识别,准确度达到90%以上,对一些设备维护具有一定的工程指导意义。
        Aiming at the complicated engineering problems of the straight beam type flexible hinges damage position and the degree of damage,a new method of damage identification of straight beam type flexible hinge based on AHP was proposed. ANSYS Workbench was used to conduct finite element analysis of straight beam type flexible hinge,and the stress cloud figure was obtained,so the location of the damage was found.Then AHP was used to modeling.The damage vector was simulated by the influence of damage factors on the damage location. The example shows that this method can quantitatively identify the hinge damage,and the accuracy is more than 90%. For some equipment maintenance,the method has a certain engineering guiding significance.
