摘要
基于格里森齿制的弧齿锥齿轮啮合原理进行弧齿锥齿轮设计,运用Gleason弧齿锥齿轮设计软件,对弧齿锥齿轮齿面进行接触分析(Advance TCA),并用典型磨齿的加工方法及三坐标测齿对工业减速机上的弧齿锥齿轮进行加工和检测;为运用格里森齿制的弧齿锥齿轮原理进行生产设计和加工,尤其对复杂速比的弧齿锥齿轮设计和加工,提供了有效的解决方案。
In this article,according to the tooth-meshing principle of Gleason spiral bevel gear as well as by means of the finite-element method and the Gleason design software,the tooth-based contact analysis(Advance TCA) is conducted. The typical grinding is adopted;with the aid of the machining method and the three-coordinate tooth measurement,the spiral bevel gear on the industrial reducer is processed and detected. These render effective solutions for the production,design and processing based on the principle of Gleason spiral bevel gear,especially for the design and processing of spiral bevel gear with the complex gear ratio.
