摘要
铁观音是我国福建特产的一种优良茶叶品种,其来自得天独厚的气候、土壤条件,以及精湛独特的制作工艺。近几年在市场的冲击下,铁观音的传统制作工艺逐渐被摒弃,新的制作工艺虽然一时站得市场优势,但却失去了其独特性,因此,回归传统,重新找回铁观音丰富的花香韵味,则成为当前市场需求的重要导向。本文从传统花香铁观音制作流程入手,分析其制作工艺,以期对花香铁观音回归传统提供借鉴。
        Tieguanyin is an excellent tea variety specially produced in Fujian Province. It comes from the unique climate, soil conditions and exquisite and unique production technology. In recent years, under the impact of the market,the traditional production technology of Tieguanyin has been gradually abandoned. Although the new production technology has gained the market advantage for a while, it has lost its uniqueness. Therefore, returning to tradition and recovering the rich fragrance of Tieguanyin has become an important direction of the current market demand. Starting from the traditional production process of Huaxiang Tieguanyin, this paper analyses its production process, in order to provide reference for Huaxiang Tieguanyin returning to the tradition.
