软通道技术——微创血肿穿刺液化引流术治疗高血压脑出血

摘要
目的评价软通道技术—微创血肿穿刺液化引流术治疗高血压脑出血的价值,为高血压脑出血治疗提供参考。方法选择我院2016年3月至2017年5月收治手术治疗的40例高血压脑出血患者,随机分为采取小骨窗开颅手术的对照组、软通道技术—微创血肿穿刺液化引流术的观察组。对比两组高血压脑出血患者治疗效果以及术后3个月Barthel指数。结果组间治疗总有效率气管插管全麻显微镜下小骨窗开颅术和软通道微创术在血肿清除率上无差异,Barthel指数评分对比,观察组高于对照组,P<0.05。结论软通道技术—微创血肿穿刺液化引流术治疗高血压脑出血整体效果更为优势,降低了住院费用、缩短了住院时间、降低了平均住院日、提高了患者的生活、生存能力。
Objective To evaluate the value of soft channel technique for treating hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage with minimally invasive hematoma puncture, and provide reference for treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods Choose our hospital in March 2016-May 2017 surgical treatment of 40 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients,randomly divided into taking small bone window craniotomy surgery in the control group,the soft channel technology-minimally invasive hematoma puncture drainage of liquefied observation group. To compare the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and the Barthel index 3 months after surgery. Results Group total effective rate between the endotracheal intubation anesthesia small bone window craniotomy surgery under microscope and soft channel micro Chuang Shu no difference in the clearance of hematoma,Barthel index score comparison,the observation group is higher than the control group,P < 0. 05). Conclusion The soft channel technology-minimally invasive hematoma puncture drainage treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage the overall effect more liquefied advantage,reduce the hospitalization expenses,shortening the length of hospital stay,lower the average such confinement,improve the patient's life and survival ability.
