光固化含氟聚氨酯杂化涂层的制备及性能研究

摘要
采用溶液聚合制备了系列不同含氟单体结构和不同氟含量的含氟聚氨酯丙烯酸酯,并通过红外光谱(FTIR)和核磁共振氢谱(1HNMR)对其进行表征。运用X光电子能谱(XPS)研究了含氟单体的表面富集行为,并对含氟单体结构和含量对固化漆膜水接触角的影响进行了研究。优选了G06树脂进一步和SiO_2和ZrO_2无机溶胶复配制备了光固化含氟杂化涂料,对固化漆膜的摩擦系数、耐磨性进行了研究。结果表明:含氟单体的加入显著降低了固化漆膜的摩擦系数,与高硬度的无机溶胶复配显著提高了有机玻璃的耐磨性,涂覆了不含氟的有机/无机杂化涂料的有机玻璃磨耗量从2.9 mg/50转降低到0.7 mg/50转,涂覆了光固化含氟杂化涂料的磨耗值进一步降低到0.5 mg/50转。
        In this paper,a series of fluorinated urethane acrylates with different structures and contents of fluorinated monomers were prepared by solution polymerization and characterized by FTIR and 1 HNMR. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy( XPS) was used to study the surface enrichment behavior of fluorinated group. The influence of fluorinated monomer structure and content on the water contact angle of cured films was also studied. The G06 resin was blended with SiO_2 and ZrO_2 inorganic sol to prepare photo-curing fluorinated hybrid coatings,and the friction coefficient and wear resistance of the cured coatings were studied. The results show that the addition of fluorinated monomer significantly reduces the coefficient of friction of the cured film,and thus significantly improves the wear resistance of polymethyl methacrylate by incorporating with the inorganic sol. The wear loss of polymethyl methacrylate reduced from 2. 9 mg per to 0. 7 mg per 50 rounds coated with fluorine-free organic-inorganic hybrid coating. It further reduced to 0. 5 mg per50 rounds coated with fluorinated hybrid coating.
