下鼻甲部分切除术和低温等离子射频消融术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎近期临床疗效比较

摘要
目的比较分析下鼻甲部分切除术与低温等离子射频消融术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的近期疗效。方法应用随机、对照、双盲法进行研究,纳入我院2016年2月～2017年2月耳鼻咽喉科接诊的90例慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者,根据不同手术方式分为对照组和治疗组各45例,对照组采用下鼻甲部分切除术治疗,治疗组采用低温等离子射频消融术治疗,对比观察两组手术效果。结果治疗组总有效率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组手术指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组并发症发生率明显高于治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低温等离子射频消融术是治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的理想术式,该手术可帮助患者恢复鼻腔通气,保护下鼻甲的生理功能,且有较高的手术安全性。
Objective To compare the short-term efficacy of partial turbectomy and low temperature radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis.Methods 90 patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis enrolled in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were studied by a randomized, controlled,double-blind methods. The patients were divided into control group and treatment group according to different surgical methods.The patients in the control group were treated with lower extremity partial radiofrequency ablation, and the patients in the treatment group were treated with low temperature radiofrequency ablation.Results There was no significant difference between the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).The operative index of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the control group was significantly higher than the treatment group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Low temperature Plasma radiofrequency ablation is the ideal surgical treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis,and the operation can help patients to restore nasal ventilation, to protect the physiological function of the inferior turbinate, and it has a higher surgical safety.
