采用柱磨机实现“多碎少磨”的技术改造

摘要
针对辽宁万华集团大庙铁矿极贫矿石入磨粒度粗、处理量小的特点,采用柱磨机来实现"多碎少磨",并对改造效果进行分析。为一些新建的低品位矿山和老矿山的技术改造提供参考。
In view of the Liaoning Wanhua Group Damiao extremely lean iron ore processing plant,particle size of the feed to the grinding being coarse and processing capacity of the crushing equipment small,the practice of applying column mill to achieve "more crushing and less grinding"is analyzed. A comparison for processing costs before and after the reconstruction is made,providing a reference for practice by developing or upgrading mines with similar ore characteristics.
