摘要
<正>自然避孕法(natural contraception)国外称为"natural family planning"(NFP),指根据女性月经周期中的自然生理规律以及相应规律变化的指标,来识别不孕期(infertile phase)和可孕期(fertile phase),以达到科学指导避孕的目的。国外开展NFP相关研究较早,使用人数较多且效果明显。我国未婚育龄人群对NFP了解有限,有研究显示73.6%的流动未婚男青年对性交受孕期不了解~([1])。
