南昌市高中生健康危险行为及其聚集共发现象研究

摘要
目的了解高中生健康危险行为情况,研究其聚集特征,为青少年健康危险行为综合性干预措施提供科学依据。方法采取多阶段随机抽样方法,抽取南昌市884名高中生进行问卷调查。结果 884名高中生中肢体暴力检出率9.95%;吸烟检出率7.35%;饮酒检出率26.92%;过早性行为检出率4.86%。不同性别(■=16.025,P=0.003)、不同学校类型(■=85.736,P<0.001)南昌市高中生单一及多种健康危险行为共存情况存在统计学差异。884高中生中23.53%存在两种健康危险行为,19.12%存在3种健康危险行为,16.74%存在5种及以上健康危险行为。结论及早发现青少年的健康危险行为并予以纠正,是有效防止其进一步发展、蔓延和加重最为有效的重要措施之一。关注其共发的重点人群,高效干预健康危险行为的发生。
Objective To understand the occurrence of health risk behaviors of high school students and the aggregation characteristics,and to provide a scientific basis for comprehensive intervention measures of adolescent health risk behavior.Methods Using a multi-stage random sampling method,884 high school students were selected for the questionnaire survey in Nanchang.Results Among 884 high school students,the detection rates of physical violence,smoking,drinking and premature sexual behavior were 9.95%,7.35%,26.92% and 4.86%,respectively.There were statistical differences in the coexistence of single and multiple health risk behaviors among high school students of different genders(■=16.025,P=0.003)and in different schools(■=85.736,P<0.001)in Nanchang.Among 884 high school students,23.53% had two kinds of health risk behaviors,19.12% had three kinds of health risk behaviors,and 16.74% had five kinds of health risk behaviors or more.Conclusion Early detection and correction of adolescent health risk behaviors are one of the most effective measures to effectively prevent further development,spread and aggravation.Pay attention to its key populations and effectively intervene in the occurrence of health risk behaviors.
