葛根芩连汤联合仙桔汤治疗慢性结肠炎的临床疗效

摘要
目的:分析葛根芩连汤联合仙桔汤治疗慢性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:将2015年4月至2016年4月汕尾市城区东涌镇卫生院收治的60例慢性结肠炎患者分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。两组均给予柳氮磺砒啶肠溶片和诺氟沙星胶囊,观察组在此基础上加用葛根芩连汤与仙桔汤。观察两组临床疗效和用药不良反应。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率为96.7%,明显高于对照组的83.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率20.0%,显著高于观察组的5.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:葛根芩连汤联合仙桔汤治疗慢性结肠炎效果满意,安全性较高。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Gegen Qinlian decoction combined with Xianjie Decoction in the treatment of chronic colitis.Methods 60 cases of chronic colitis from April 2015 to April 2016 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,30 cases in each group.The two groups were given sulfasalazine enteric coated tablets and Norfloxacin Capsules,the experimental group received Gegenqinlian Decoction and Xianjie Decoction treatment on this basis.The treatment effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results The clinical total effective rate of experimental group was 96.7%,significantly higher than control group 83.3%,there was statistical significance(P<0.05);the control group adverse reaction rate was 20.0%,significantly higher than the experimental group 5%(P < 0.05).Conclusion Gegenqinlian decoction combined with Xianjie Decoction in the treatment of chronic colitis with satisfactory effect,high safety,worthy of promotion and application
