食用菌对网球运动员免疫功能的影响研究

摘要
通过食用菌对网球运动员免疫功能的影响研究,采用对免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM,NK细胞,T淋巴细胞CD_4+、CD_8+、CD_4+/CD_8+比值等表征方法。免疫球蛋白分析结果:对照组4位运动员每周的IgA、IgG、IgM的变化情况,对照组4位运动员IgA、IgG、IgM指数逐渐降低,并在第4周指数低于标准最低值,但低于最低正常值50%内;实验组4位运动员IgA、IgG、IgM指数也呈下降趋势,但在第4周指数略高于最低标准值;T淋巴细胞分析结果:对照组A、B、C、D4位运动员CD_4+指数呈下降趋势,实验组E、F、G、H 4位运动员CD_4+指数大体维持不变,对照组和实验组CD_8+指数都呈上升趋势,但是实验组的增幅比对照组要大,对照组CD_4+/CD_8+比值随着训练时间的加长,呈现下降趋势,而实验组CD_4+/CD_8+比值基本维持不变;NK细胞分析结果:对照组4位运动员经大负荷训练后,NK细胞指数较大幅度的下降,实验组4位运动员经大负荷训练后NK细胞指数基本保持不变。结论:运动员食用食用菌能缓解对大负荷训练造成的免疫能力降低的现象。
        The effects of edible fungi on the immune function of tennis players were studied by using immunoglobulin IgA,IgG,IgM,NK cells,T lymphocytes CD_4+,CD_8+,CD_4+/CD_8+ ratios.The results of immunoglobulin analysis showed that the IgA,IgG,and IgM of the four athletes in the control group changed gradually,and the IgA,IgG,and IgM indices of the four athletes in the control group gradually decreased,and the index in the fourth week was lower than the standard minimum,but Below the normal value of 50%; the IgA,IgG,IgM index of the four athletes in the experimental group also showed a downward trend,but the index in the fourth week was slightly higher than the minimum standard value; the results of T lymphocyte analysis:the control group A,B,C The CD_4+ index of the four athletes in D showed a downward trend.The CD_4+index of the four athletes in the experimental group was generally unchanged.The CD_8+ index of the control group and the experimental group showed an upward trend,but the increase of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.To be large,the ratio of CD_4+/CD_8+ in the control group showed a downward trend with the lengthening of the training time,while the ratio of CD_4+/CD_8+ in the experimental group remained basically unchanged;the results of NK cell analysis:after the heavy load training of the four movements of the group,NK The cell index decreased significantly,and the N K cell index of the four athletes in the experimental group remained basically unchanged after heavy load training.Conclusion:Athletes eating edible fungi can alleviate the reduced immunity caused by heavy-duty training.
