多效唑和矮壮素对番茄苗期生长的影响

摘要
采用多效唑浸种和矮壮素喷施番茄幼苗的方法,分析不同浓度多效唑和矮壮素对番茄苗期生长的影响。结果表明,多效唑对番茄种子浸种的适宜时间为12 h,浸种时间过长会影响番茄种子的出苗率和壮苗指数。当多效唑的浓度为200 mg·L~(-1)时,可以降低株高,增加茎粗,同时对番茄幼苗干物质的积累和增加幼苗根冠比的效果最好。喷施500 mg·L~(-1)50%矮壮素水剂能显著的提高番茄幼苗的壮苗指数、根冠比、茎粗,降低株高,并提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)的活性。
        Adopting the method of paclobutrazol soaking and cycocel spraying tomato seedlings,the effects of paclobutrazol and cycocel on growth of tomato seedlings were analyzed. The results showed the optimum time for soaking tomato seed with paclobutrazol was 12 h,the soaking time could affect the sprout rate and seedling index of tomato seed. When the concentration of paclobutrazol was 200 mg·L-1,the plant height could be reduced and the stem diameter could be increased. At the same time,the accumulation of dry matter in tomato seedling and the increase of root-shoot ratio of seedling were the best. 500 mg·L-150% cycocel could increase the seedling index,root-shoot ratio,stem diameter,reduce plant height,and enhance the activity of superoxide dismutase( SOD) and peroxidase( POD) enzyme.
