固体药物生产工艺中不稳定因素探讨

摘要
固体药物是临床上较长应用的药物制剂,在对固体药物进行生产制造过程中往往存在不稳定因素,使得药效发挥受到影响,难以保证用药的安全,严重地还会威胁到人们的身体健康。基于此,首先对固体药物生产工艺展开概述,并分析与探讨固体药物生产工艺中的不稳定因素,希望能消除不稳定因素对固体药物质量与效果产生的影响,以提升药品稳定性与有效性。
Solid drugs are long-term clinical drug preparations.In the process of manufacturing and manufacturing solid drugs,there are often unstable factors that affect the efficacy of drugs.It is difficult to ensure the safety of drugs,and it will seriously threaten people's bodies.health.Therefore,based on this,this paper firstly outlines the solid drug production process,and analyzes and discusses the unstable factors in the solid drug production process,hoping to eliminate the influence of unstable factors on the quality and effect of solid drugs,and improve the stability and effectiveness of drugs.
