摘要
针对当前南方养鹅生产中大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)病频发的问题,从省内规模化养鹅场收集病料,通过分离培养、生化鉴定、血清型鉴定分离不同血清型大肠杆菌,并在小鼠和雏鹅上开展攻毒试验.结果显示:成功分离得到O_(114)、O_(26)、O_(119)、O_(126)和O_(124)5个血清型大肠杆菌,且对小鼠和雏鹅均有不同程度致病性,其中O_(26)对小鼠致病性最强,死亡率达100%;O_(119)对小鹅致病性最强,达50%;O_(124)致病性最弱,均未使动物致死.
        Escherichia coli was frequently encountered in the production of southern geese.Different serotypes of E.coli were isolated and cultured.Their biochemical features and serotype were determined.Their toxicities were tested on mice and gosling.The results showed that five serotypes were successfully separated.These serotypes were O_(114),O_(26),O_(119),O_(126),O_(124).They had different degrees of pathogenicity to both mice and goslings.Among them,O_(26)was the most pathogenic,with a mortality rate of 100%.O_(119)was the most pathogenic to the goose,reaching 50%.O_(124)was the least pathogenic and did not kill animals.
