用ICP多谱拟合技术(MSF)检测钯铈催化剂中钯含量

摘要
钯铈催化剂中助剂铈干扰钯含量的测定,试样采用王水溶解后用ICP-OES多谱拟合技术测定钯含量。考察了方法精密度和准确度,样品加标回收率为98.1%~102.7%,相对标准偏差1.59%。实验证明,方法简化了分析流程,准确性和重现性均好,方法检出限0.01mg/L,满足各品级钯铈催化剂中钯含量测定。
        Ce in Pd-Ce catalyst interfered with the determination of Pd content. The samples were dissolved in aqua regia and determined by ICP-OES multispectral fitting technique. The precision and accuracy of the method were investigated.The recoveries were 98.1%~102.7% and the relative standard deviation was 1.59%. Experiments show that the method simplifies the analysis process and has good accuracy and reproducibility. The detection limit of the method is 0.01 mg/L,which can meet the requirements of palladium determination in palladium-cerium catalysts of various grades.
