青龙衣中总黄酮超声提取工艺的优化

摘要
青龙衣又名胡桃青皮,为核桃楸的未成熟外果皮。其具有抗肿瘤、抑菌、抗氧化等多种生物活性。在单因素试验基础上,以青龙衣总黄酮提取率为指标,以乙醇浓度、超声时间、液料比为影响因素,正交试验优化青龙衣总黄酮超声提取工艺。结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为乙醇浓度50%、液料比20∶1、超声时间90 min。该方法对提取率的影响因素大小为乙醇浓度>液料比>超声时间。该方法可用于提取青龙衣总黄酮。
        Qinglongyi( Green walnut husks) is an immature epicarp of Juglans mandshurica Maxim. The modern biological studies show that Juglans mandshurica has various biological actions,such as anti-tumor,antimicrobial,antioxidant and other activities,which is widely used in clinical. To optimize the ultrasonic extraction process for total flavonoids from Juglans mandshurica,with ethanol concentration,liquid-solid ratio,extraction time as influencing factors,flavonoids yield as an evaluation index,orthogonal test was applied to optimizing the ultrasonic extraction process on the basis of single factor test. The optimum technology for ultrasonic extraction of total flavonoids from Juglans mandshurica was as follows: ethanol concentration was 50%,liquid-to-solid ratio was 20 ∶1,extraction time was 90 min. The influence order of each factors was as follows: ethanol concentration>liquid-to-solid ratio>extraction time. The method can be used for the ultrasonic extraction for total flavonoids from Juglans mandshurica.
