虚拟建模仿真在心血管内科CT图像分析教学中的应用

摘要
目的探讨虚拟建模技术在心血管内科临床CT图像诊断与分析教学中的方式和效果。方法选取2017年5月—2018年6月在我院心血管内科规范化培训的研究生56人作为研究对象,将其随机均分为两组。采用常规教学方法的28人作为对照组,采用常规教学和三维虚拟建模仿真教学方法相结合的28人作为研究组。临床CT图像分析的准确率和考核测试评分对于教学效果评价指标作为教学效果评价指标,将两组研究生的数据进行记录及进行统计学分析。结果研究组理论和技能考试及CT图像分析准确率方面均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组学生的总体满意度为92.86%,对照组学生的总满意度为78.57%,研究组学生的满意度高于对照组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论应用虚拟建模仿真技术教学环节能够给心血管内科CT图像诊断与分析教学带来良好的诊断准确率和提高教学满意度。
        Objective To study the manner and effect of virtual modeling and simulation technology in diagnosis and analysis of cardiological CT.Methods 56 graduate students standardized training from the department of cardiology in our hospital from May 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the research subjects. The students were divided into two groups, 28 students in each group. 28 students who used conventional teaching methods were taken as control group. 28 students were selected as the research group by combining the conventional teaching method with the three-dimensional virtual modeling and simulation teaching method. The analysis accuracy of CT image and score of examining were statistic and compared. Results The accuracy of theoretical and technical examination and CT image analysis in the study group was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05). The overall satisfaction of the students in the study group was 92.86%, and that of the students in the control group was78.57%. The satisfaction of the students in the study group was higher than that of the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of virtual modeling and simulation technology in teaching can bring good diagnostic accuracy and improve teaching satisfaction to the teaching of CT image diagnosis and analysis in cardiovascular medicine.
