摘要
米粉生产历史悠久,深受人们喜爱。米粉受自身质量安全问题的制约,本文从现行有效相关米粉标准入手,结合我市米粉现状,淺谈米粉标准对米粉产品的意义。
Rice noodle production has a long history, which is favored by the people. Since rice flour is restricted by its own quality and safety problems, this article starts from the current effective rice standards, discusses the significance of rice flour standards to rice flour products combined with the present situation of rice noodles in our city.
