为糖尿病合并突发性耳聋患者采用地塞米松鼓室注入法进行治疗的效果探讨

摘要
目的 :探讨为糖尿病合并突发性耳聋患者采用地塞米松鼓室注入法进行治疗的效果。方法 :选取东平县中医院收治的98例糖尿病合并突发性耳聋患者作为研究对象。将这98例患者平均分为对照组和研究组。对两组患者均进行降糖等常规治疗。在此基础上,为对照组患者使用地塞米松和泼尼松进行静脉滴注。为研究组患者采用地塞米松鼓室注射法进行治疗。然后,比较两组患者治疗的效果及并发症的发生情况。结果 :接受治疗后,研究组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,其并发症的发生率低于对照组患者(P <0.05)。结论 :为糖尿病合并突发性耳聋患者采用地塞米松鼓室注入法进行治疗的效果显著,且可降低其并发症的发生率。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of dexamethasone tympanum injection for patients with diabetes mellitus and sudden deafness. Methods:98 patients with diabetes mellitus and sudden deafness in dongping county hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were selected as subjects. The 98 patients were divided into control group and study group on average. Routine treatment such as hypoglycemic therapy was performed in both groups. On this basis, dexamethasone and prednisone were used for intravenous infusion in the control group. The patients in the study group were treated with dexamethasone tympanum injection. Then, the efficacy of treatment and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results: after treatment, the total effective rate of the patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: injection of dexamethasone into the tympanum for patients with diabetes mellitus and sudden deafness is effective and can reduce the incidence of complications.
