摘要

明确战略性新兴产业知识产权竞争的战略意义,建立评价模型,选择韩国等比较样板,测算以战略性新兴产业知识产权为代表的广东的技术差距,进而解码差距基源,在此基础上针对问题破解提出政策建议。
        This paper clears the competition of intellectual property rights in strategic emerging industries of strategic significance,establishes the evaluation model,taking South Korea such as model selection,estimates the technology gap of emerging industries of strategic importance intellectual property,and then decodes GAP base source,on the basis of which the paper puts forward policy recommendations.
