摘要
目的比较双固化和光固化树脂水门汀在瓷贴面下光固化后的机械性能,并且观察树脂水门汀的种类、固化时间以及瓷贴面的厚度对树脂水门汀粘接层的机械性能的影响。方法分别制备18个厚度为0.5mm,18个厚度为1.5mm的圆片形瓷贴面。按照双固化树脂水门汀Variolink N,Rely X U200(Rely X U200参考Rely X Veneer)和光固化树脂水门汀Variolink Veneer,Rely X Veneer粘接套装的方法处理瓷贴面粘接层。4种树脂水门汀组分别用3种光固化时间10s,20s,30s从3种厚度的瓷贴面0mm,0.5mm,1.5mm表层固化树脂水门汀,制备108个树脂水门汀粘接层。各样本均采用Fischerscope H100C自动微硬度计测定努氏硬度,弹性模量和弹性塑性变形。结果在所有光固化时间和瓷贴面的厚度条件下,双固化树脂水门汀Variolink N、Rely X U200比光固化树脂水门汀Variolink Veneer、Rely X Veneer表现出更高的努氏硬度和弹性模量,更低的弹塑性变形,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。树脂水门汀的类型,固化时间,瓷贴面的厚度均对树脂水门汀粘接层的努氏硬度和弹性模量有显著影响,其中树脂水门汀的类型影响最大(η2值分别为0.896和0.934),其次是光固化时间,最后是瓷贴面的厚度,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。树脂水门汀的类型对树脂水门汀粘接层的弹塑性变形影响较小(η2=0.194),而固化时间和瓷贴面厚度对弹塑性变形的影响无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论粘接后24h,双固化树脂水门汀比光固化树脂水门汀表现出更优的机械性能。此外,树脂水门汀的类型,固化时间,瓷贴面的厚度对树脂水门汀粘接层的机械性能的影响力递减。
        Objective To compare the mechanical properties of dual-cured and light-cured resin cements light-cured through porcelain laminate veneer layer and to observe the effect of the types of resin cement,the time of light cure and the thickness of porcelain veneers on the adhesive layers.Methods 18 round porcelain veneers with the thickness of 0.5 mm and 18 with the thickness of 1.5 mm were prepared respectively and the adhesive layers were treated according to dual-cured resin cements of Variolink N and Rely X U200 based on Rely X Veneer and light-cured resin cements of Variolink Veneer and Rely X Veneer,respectively; all the resin cements were light-cured for 10 s,20 s and 30 s respectively on porcelain veneers of 3 thickness(0 mm,0.5 mm and 1.5 mm); 108 porcelain veneer adhesive layers were then prepared; Fischerscope H100 C was applied in detecting the Knoop hardness,elastic modulus and elastic-plastic deformation.Results The dual-cured resin cements of Variolink N and Rely X U200 based on Rely X Veneer showed out a higher Knoop hardness and elastic modulus but a lower elastic-plastic deformation than the light-cured resin cements of Variolink Veneer and Rely X Veneer,the difference was of statistical significance(P <0.05); the types of risen cements,the cure time and the thickness of porcelain veneers were of obvious effect on Knoop hardness and elastic modulus of adhesive layers of risen cements,the effect of risen cements was the greatest(η~2 was 0.896 and 0.934 respectively),then was that of cure time and the last was the thickness of porcelain veneers,there existed a statistical difference(P<0.05); the type of risen cements had a slight effect on elastic-plastic deformation of the risen cement adhesive layers(η~2 = 0.194) and there existed no statistical difference between the effects of cure time and the thickness of porcelain veneer(P > 0.05).Conclusions 24 hours after adhesion,dual-cured risen cements show out superior mechanical properties; the type of risen cements,the cure time and the thickness of porcelain veneer are in progressive decrease of effects on risen cement adhesive layers.
