摘要
致龋菌对树脂粘接材料的黏附及其在牙体组织表面产酸可引起继发龋,最终导致牙体缺损修复的失败。乳酸链球菌素(nisin)作为乳酸链球菌产生的一种3.4 k Da的抗菌肽,通过在细菌的细胞膜上产生孔道杀菌,对口腔致龋菌有明显抑制作用,具有应用于抗菌材料防止继发龋的潜能。本文就nisin的特性及其口腔抗菌材料中的应用研究进展作一综述。
        The cariogenic bacteria adhesion to the resin bonding material and acid metabolites on the surface the dental tissue can cause secondary caries,andresult in the failure of restorations. Nisin is a3.4 k Da antimicrobial peptide that kill the bacteria by pores on the surface of the cell membrane. It has significant inhibitory effect of cariogenic bacteria,and is considered to apply in antibacterial materials to prevent secondary caries. This review is to summarize the characteristics of nisin and its latest developments in dental field.
