摘要
从结构、工作原理等方面介绍了一种用于连杆小头斜端面上的椭圆孔的倒角加工机床,利用砂带的挠性变形替代加工中刀具或工件沿椭圆的长轴移动的附加运动,工件端面上椭圆孔的棱边在砂带的压力与运动作用下被砂带上的磨料切除,形成倒角平面,实现了椭圆形孔的倒角加工。
From the structure and working principle,etc,this paper introduced a machine tool that machining elliptic hole on small end bevel face of link,using ductile deformation of abrasive belt method to substitute the additional movement of cutting tool or the workpiece along the long axis of elliptic hole,the edge of elliptic hole is removed by grinding material on abrasive belt under the influence of movement and pressure,obtain a chamfer plane,achieve machining of elliptic hole chamfer.
