高职教育校企合作存在的问题及解决措施——以园艺技术专业为例

摘要
职业教育中园艺技术专业须与企业进行紧密合作,企业也需要从高职院校中吸收专业人才,现阶段校企合作存在的主要问题是学校与企业双方合作不够紧密,企业合作积极性不高;高职院校专业设置不能满足企业实践生产需要;学生角色转变较慢及适应能力较差;学生安全无法保障及缺乏责任心;企业规模及动力不足。本文主要对职业教育园艺专业校企合作面临的问题进行分析,提出建议及解决措施。
        The horticultural technology profession in vocational education must cooperate closely with enterprises. Enterprises also need to absorb professional talents from higher vocational colleges. At present, the main problem of school-enterprise cooperation is that the cooperation between schools and enterprises is not close enough, and the enthusiasm of enterprise cooperation is not high; The professional setting of higher vocational colleges cannot meet the needs of enterprises in practice production; the role of students is slower and their adaptability is poor; student safety cannot be guaranteed and lack of responsibility; the scale and motivation of enterprises are insufficient. This paper mainly analyzes the problems faced by the schoolenterprise cooperation in vocational education and horticulture, and puts forward suggestions and solutions.
