摘要
目的了解本地区孕前及孕早期妇女TORCH的感染状况,为优生优育工作提供参考依据。方法酶联免疫法(ELISA)对2015年1月-2017年12月来本院产科门诊和住院的孕前及孕早期妇女进行TORCH病原体IgM和IgG检测。结果 18 512例育龄妇女中TORCH特异性IgM抗体阳性1 378例(7.44%),其中阳性率CMV-IgM最高,为2.83%,TORCH-IgG阳性率CMV-IgG最高,为98.14%;其次为HSVⅠ-IgG(91.09%)。CMV-IgM在2016年阳性率显著高于2015年阳性率(P<0.05);HSVⅡ-IgM 2017年阳性率显著高于2016年阳性率(P<0.05)。36岁~47岁组CMV-IgM阳性率(1.98%)低于26岁~35岁组和17岁~25岁组(P<0.05);36岁~47岁组HSVⅡ-IgM阳性率(2.96%)高于其他2年龄组(P<0.05)。TOX、RV的阳性率春、夏2季最高,CMV、HSV感染率好发于秋季、冬季。结论本地区育龄妇女TORCH感染率与年龄和季节有关,同时对妇女进行TORCH-IgM/IgG检测,可及时了解妇女TORCH感染情况,尽早采取有效措施,对提高人口素质具有重要意义。
        Objective To understand the infection status of women with TORCH before and at the early pregnancy, so as to provide reference for prenatal and postnatal care. Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to detect TORCH pathogens IgM and IgG in pre-pregnancy and early pregnancy women in obstetrics outpatients and inpatients from January 2015 to December 2017. Results Among the 18 512 women at childbearing age, 1 378 cases(7.44%) were positive for TORCH specific IgM, the positive rate of CMV-IgM was the highest(2.83%); the positive rate of TORCH-IgG was the highest in CMV-IgG(98.14%), followed by HSVⅠ-IgG(91.09%). The positive rate of CMV-IgM in 2016 was significantly higher than that in 2015(P<0.05). The positive rate of HSV Ⅱ-IgM in 2017 was significantly higher than that in 2016(P<0.05). The positive rate of CMV-IgM in group 36 to 47 years old(1.98%) was lower than that of 26-35 years old group and 17-25 year old group(P<0.05); the positive rate of HSV Ⅱ-IgM in 36-47 years group(2.96%) was higher than that of other two age groups(P<0.05). The positive rates of TOX and RV were the highest in spring and summer, and the infection rates of CMV and HSV were high in autumn and winter. Conclusion TORCH infection in women at childbearing age in this region is related to age and season. Detecting TORCH-IgM/IgG can timely understand women′s TORCH infection so as to take effective measures as soon as possible, which is of great significance for improving population quality.
