循证护理在骨科护理质量管理中的应用效果

摘要
目的观察循证护理在骨科护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法选取我院骨科2017年3月至2018年4月收治的78例患者为研究对象,采用计算机随机分组法将其分为对照组和试验组,各39例。对照组给予常规护理,试验组在常规护理基础上给予循证护理。比较两组护理质量。结果试验组的服务态度、操作水平、沟通能力、安全管理、专科护理、骨折固定、健康教育、自我概念、自护技能、自护责任感、健康知识掌握水平评分及患者满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组住院时间短于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组SAS、SDS评分均降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理在骨科护理质量管理中的应用效果显著,既能提高各项护理工作评分及患者满意度,又可减少不良事件发生率,缩短住院时间,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To observe the application effect of evidence-based nursing in nursing quality management of orthopedic department. Methods Seventy-eight patients admitted in orthopaedic department of our hospital from March2017 to April 2018 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and experimental group by computer random grouping method, with 39 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the experimental group was given evidence-based nursing on routine nursing. The quality of nursing was compared between the two groups. Results The scores of service attitude, operation level, communication ability, safety management, specialized nursing, fracture fixation, health education, self-concept, self-care skills, self-care responsibility, mastery of health knowledge and patients' satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P <0.05). The hospitalization time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group, and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group(P <0.05). After nursing, the scores of SAS and SDS in both groups decreased, and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The application effect of evidence-based nursing in nursing quality management of orthopedic department is remarkable. It can not only improve nursing work score and patient satisfaction, but also reduce the incidence of adverse events and shorten hospitalization time, which has high clinical application value.
